Critical Path (Must Build First)
1. Harbourmaster (3 levels β 8,000R total)
The single most important building. Level 1 (500R) unlocks Tier II upgrades. Level 2 (2,500R) unlocks Tier III. Level 3 (5,000R) unlocks Ultimate-tier upgrades. Nothing else matters until this is level 3.
Income Buildings
2. Fisherman's Wharf π (1 level β 4,000R)
New in Resynced. Generates passive income and doubles animal skinning yields. Best ROI in the hideout β pays for itself in about 2 hours of active play.
3. Campfire (1 level β 1,000R)
Free drunk pirate hires for your crew. +2 fleet slots. Cheap and immediately useful.
4. Tavern (1 level β 1,500R)
3 minigames. The tip jar increases Royal Convoy spawn chance β more convoys = more high-value targets = more Reales.
Combat Support
5. General Store (3 levels β 11,800R total)
Level 1: Basic weapons and ammo. Level 2: Rare weapons and outfits. Level 3: Legendary weapons and exclusive ship decorations.
6. Brothel (1 level β 1,200R)
Free dancer hires. Dancers provide combat and sailing buffs when they accompany Edward.
Estate Upgrades (Build Last)
7-9. Mansion FaΓ§ade, Tower & Garden, Guesthouse
3,500R each. Each adds +1 fleet slot and boosts passive income. Build these after the income engines are running.
