🚜 Resource Farming Guide

The fastest ways to gather every resource needed for a fully upgraded Jackdaw. Target: 328,000 Reales, 5,320 Metal, 2,375 Wood, 550 Cloth.

🥇 Best Overall: The Hunter Chain Loop

This is the most efficient active farming method in the game, yielding ~40,000 Reales and ~1,500 Metal per hour.

  1. 1. Max out your wanted level by attacking ships until you reach 4 red crossed swords.
  2. 2.Anchor near a captured friendly fort — the fort's cannons will heavily damage the Hunter Ships that spawn (Man o' Wars & Frigates).
  3. 3. Board weakened Hunter Ships — boarding yields 2-3× more resources than sinking.
  4. 4. Always choose "Repair Jackdaw" after boarding to stay alive and reset ship health.
  5. 5. Repeat — new Hunters spawn every ~2 minutes.

⚠️ Critical: Never sell Metal, Wood, or Cloth. Only sell Rum, Sugar, and Trade Goods for Reales.

🍺Sell all Rum & Sugar — they're worthless for crafting, pure cash. Never sell Metal/Wood/Cloth.
